A Beacon site is a facility providing local communities with access to sustainable, affordable, organised and fun coaching and competition. Beacons have minimum standards in terms of the number and quality of facilities on offer, cost and the coaching programmes offered.
They also represent a business opportunity for coaches. If a site is awarded a Beacon status they become part of the AEGON PARKS tennis programme.
